You are probably here because you either have a Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (or PCOS) diagnosis and you are looking for more holistic options for managing your symptoms or you don’t have a PCOS diagnosis, but you are suspecting that you might have PCOS. Either way, our website has helpful information for you. We have educational content available to you like general videos on trying to conceive, TTC with PCOS, nutrition for PCOS, supplements and herbs for PCOS, and more. We're happy to have you here!

We treat PCOS with great success using holistic treatment options like stabilizing your blood sugar, helping you lose weight with nutrition, supplements and tips that have actually been studied and proven to lead you to success. We regulate your menstrual cycle, get your ovulation back to optimal timing and reduce your PMS symptoms. We help you reduce inflammation, reduce stress, we optimize your sleep, support your gut health, help you reduce your exposure to environmental toxins that are throwing off your hormones, and support your body’s natural detox pathways.
Before you begin to panic or feel too overwhelmed about all the unknowns, please know and trust that this is our specialty. When we begin treating women with PCOS we run a large initial blood panel to check for many of the related health conditions as well. If your labs show that there are issues in any of those categories we will treat and monitor those as well as the PCOS so you know you’re covered. All you need to do is get the bloodwork done and then follow the plan we create. It can feel like information overload but if you take it one step at a time, you’ll be so happy later that you got your health on track. If the labs show more than what is within our scope to handle, we will refer you to the right specialists to take over that part of your care.
We start with a full blood panel to check for indications of PCOS. Even if you already have a PCOS diagnosis, it’s likely you have not been checked for the other health conditions listed above that are associated with PCOS. We highly recommend doing the full panel of labs to make sure nothing is missed.
It is important to note what is outside of our scope: We cannot order an ultrasound to check for cysts. We cannot test you for sleep apnea. We cannot screen you for cancer or cancer risk. We cannot bill your insurance. Those would all be things that your primary care or OBGYN could do for you.
We offer a customized holistic treatment plan. We will order supplements for you, make a nutrition plan for you, follow up with you regularly about your progress, and order other lab tests like a 24-hour diurnal saliva cortisol test, heavy metals test, food sensitivity test, etc. We also look at your labs through a lens of optimal ranges where you would be symptom free as opposed to western ranges that are often too wide, where patients are still symptomatic within the ‘normal’ ranges.
The first step is to get your labs done. If you don't have a PCOS diagnosis, the lab results will help determine if you have lab markers of hyperandrogenism and other PCOS indicators. If you do have PCOS, it will also give you a baseline of lab values that you can use to track your progress as you begin treatment. You can click the 'Order my Labs' button at the bottom of this page or on our home page. Our full blood panel is currently priced at $300. The online lab we use also offers a 3-month interest free payment plan option. Even if you aren’t local to us, we can work with you via telehealth. The online lab we use has phlebotomists all over the US to assist with your blood draw and then we get the results and manage your treatment.
We understand that some patients want to have a telehealth appointment with us before ordering their labs. We get it! Click the 'book an appointment' button on our home page to set up a PCOS consult.
